Billy has over 10 years of experience with power electronics, wide bandgap semiconductors, and RPS technologies. He has authored 31 publications and 1 patent (the base technology).

He has worked with Dr. Marc Litz and Dr. Johnny Russo on the analysis and improvement of semiconductors for betavoltaic operation as co-authors of the base patent of our technology, developed under a Collaborative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the Army Research Labs (ARL).
