Kelly is an operations leader with nearly 15 years of experience streamlining administrative, HR, and operational systems to enable high-performing, cross-functional teams. Skilled in operational planning, process improvement, and building scalable systems to align strategy with execution.

Kelly most recently led people operations at Spring Discovery, where she streamlined recruiting, supported company planning and culture, and implemented scalable processes during strategic pivots. Prior to that, she directed organizational operations at TwinEagles, managing operational reorganization and contributing to strategic planning. Earlier, as part of the founding team at The Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands, she helped build a world-class hospitality team that supported high-profile events hosting the President of the United States and other global leaders, and managed administrative operations, IT, and planning.
