Ekhi has been a part of Direct Kinetic Solutions since the team got together as part of the FedTech Spring 2019 Cohort when they started customer discovery to validate the idea and see if there was a market for the technology. Since its incorporation in the summer of 2019, Ekhi has focused on developing the right company structure, winning contracts to drive the company’s growth and R&D efforts, and setting the right team.
 
Prior to DKS Ekhi led a large P&L for Intel at the Southern Cone, where he turned around the team from being on the brink of divestment to being a model organization. He also led the Southern Texas region for Hilti where he continuously beat innovative sales targets and deployed their SaaS solution effectively.
 
Ekhi has over 10 years of experience leading teams across geographies, managing consultative sales, deploying projects and solutions, and spearheading complex negotiations.
 
Ekhi holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School as well as a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
