Chemist with a wide background ranging from radio-pharmaceuticals to hydrogen storage materials.

Dr. Daniel A. Hillesheim received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, for work on the catalytic decomposition of chemical warfare agents.

 

Prior to joining DKS, Daniel led the R&D team at Best ABT. ABT delivers on-site solutions for on-demand radioisotopes for PET imaging to emerging markets through an innovative small-footprint cyclotron and chemistry system capable of producing human-injectable FDG. He has over 10 years of experience as a radiochemist and was the Radiation Safety Officer.

 

Before his work at ABT, he was a researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory working on hydrogen storage materials and super-hydrophobic chemical agent-resistant coatings.
